  • My mother is a breastfeeding educator, and she always told me you can keep it in the fridge for about 4 days (but it's best if it's in the back), in a regular freezer for about a month, and in a deep freeze for about 6 months.

  • what jilby said for the fridge and freezers, and its good at room temp when first pumped for 6-8 hours, and after being heated from fridge you have 2 hours to use it.

also, if you freeze it, you can thaw it by puting it in the fridge, and in there after frozen, its good for 24 hours. or thaw it in a bowel of warm water. NEVER NEVER NEVER re freeze or re cool warmed milk that was frozen, or cooled before thawing or warming.
