  • For a little while I did... maybe a month and then I quit. But it's probably better to keep taking them!

  • Yes for about a year. Because your body goes through such a hormonal and metabolic change that you need the extra vitamins and minerals! Keep taking them!

  • yes, i continued to take the prenatel vitamins even though i wasnt pregnant, its still like regular vitamin. i took them till i couldnt get anymore, then i just bought some from Walmart, i basically need them for my hair and stuff.

  • I'm still taking prenatal vitamines, I never stopped after I had my two year old. I take them for my hair and nails like the mom above me. Also for the iron!

  • i started but i stopped around the 6 month maybe 5th. my son still was healthy tho but i think its always better to take them i just kept forgetting

  • My dd is 7 months old and I still take them. It's recommended that you continue while you nurse.

  • Yeah, I'm still taking my prenatals even though I'm not breastfeeding. It can't hurt, right? I also take fish oil every day.
