is it wrong to give my son flavored water?

  • NO! I give my kids sugar free "Cool Aid" all the time. As long as it's sugar and sweetener free I don't see an issue.

  • I think it depends. As a treat, yeah it 's a great idea. But, I wouldn't recommend giving it to your kids all the time in place of actual water. They need to learn to like plain water too. My children drink mostly water, some milk, and then on occasion they get a treat like juice, chocolate milk, or soda. Their hydration is taken care of with water, though.
