Real Estate Agents in Washington State

Hey there ladies.
I've been playing with the idea of getting my real estate license and I was wondering if anyone here had theirs. Is it worth it? Is it a job you enjoy?
Research keeps leading me to mixed reviews. I'm just hoping to get some insight.

  • I'm not one but a very good friend is and sells million dollar homes. The market is soft here. Some stuff is moving but it's just in a slump. but my friend enjoys it. So would I if my commission checks for 75000!

  • I left the real estate world after 10 years.... Unless you cam live without a pay check I would avoid that career choice at all cost.
