Went on my diet on Monday. Stupid POS scale says I GAINED 6 oz. How the heck? I cut down my food intake dramatically. I stopped snacking completely. I've been drinking water only. My meals have been smaller. WTF?!?!?! This isn't possible!! I quit!!!
I just ate 3 huge chocolate chip cookies. Take that, b*tch!!
Seriously, I am so disappointed. I've never started a diet and not had results before. I know its only been a few days, but to GAIN is not how I wanted to start this out. I'm so disappointed and discouraged. Don't know what to do now....
Did you weigh yourself at the same time of day that you did on Monday? Your weight fluctuates throughout the day. Also, if you have been exercising, you may have gained some muscle, so that weight is a good thing. Don't give up just yet.
