  • I assume the fries are, well, fried? Thos are not healthy. Roasted potatoes in the shape of fries, are healthy

  • no they arent but i sometimes use the cjicken nuggets as a meal on busy nights...but i try to make a good veggy with them.....sometimes it is easier to microwave a meal..i am a single mom so after work i am sometimes to tired and have too much to do to cook a full meal....i have recently fallin in love with those veggies in a bag...the steamable....they are great awesome healthy veggy medlies..all u have to do is pop it in the microwave for like 5 mins....and there u go u have nice steamed broccoli or mixed fav is the snapped green beans with rosemary potatoes...quick easy and healthy!.

  • The standard way of preparing them, nope. But they can be prepared so they are healthy. It all depends on who makes them, how they're cooked, and what basic ingredients they have.
