  • Yip, the past week I have been waking up out of sleep in excruciating pain. I literally jump out of bed and attempt to stand on my foot. They go from my calf all the way down to my toes. It is horrible. I don't know how to make them stop. I drink over a gallon of water a day and have made it a point to eat several bananas.

  • Water and potassium are supposed to help. I wish there was something out there that would make them not come back.

  • It may be the extra pressure on your ankles and feet from the pregnancy weight. The best thing to do although it hurts BAD is arch your foot towards the ceiling and stroke the bottom of your foot from your heel towards your toe with alot of pressure. (If you arent too far along and you can still reach your feet) lol. Other than that make sure you eat lots of bananas........and drink lots of water!!
