I need to lose about 14lbs after having my son (over a year ago . . . )
I'm doing regular exercise on the Wii and walking, I've cut out all junk food, and eating 3 meals a day (currently cereal for breakfast, a meal replacement bar or shake for lunch & a healthy balanced meal in the evening). I snack on fruit or yogurt and try to drink about 3-4 pints of water.
My question is, should I be taking water tablets or fibre pills to help speed things along? I've been doing this plan for about a month now, and I'm not seeing any results :(
Any advice will be helpful please :)

The less you have to loose the slower it comes off. You might not be eating enough, that's right... you might not be eating enough!! What's your calorie intake/day??
