I'm always up for trying new food of any kind, as long as it is somewhat healthy! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, doesn't matter, I just need some new ideas!

  • i call it chicken stack up...
    you take a low fat tortilla & spread fat free refried beans, fat free sour cream, boiled shreded chicken, chili powder, rotel, chopped olives, & low fat cheese. then top w/ another tortilla & repeat. then top w/ another tortilla & repeat. top w/ another tortilla & wrap in cellophane & microwave for 2.5 mins. then flip over & nuke again for 2.5 mins. cut into 4 pieces.
    its SO yummy!
