How are this years school back packs holding up so far?

GREAT! When DS entered K my parents bought him a Jansport. He has used ti every year. So this makes 2.5 years now. He rocks it out each year with new key chains and buttons. :0)

my son is on year 3 with his LL Bean back... still going strong!! DD had to have this cheapo iCarly bag which I HATE... it's not the best but holding up... UGH!!!

My kids are in middle and high school and have been using the same back pack for the past 3 years. They have to carry heavy books and binders every day.

He is on his second backpack but only because he dad keeps forgetting to bring the original back to my house. Oh well, I gave him my camo bag I used to use for hunting and he likes it even better than his original. It will probably be his for years to come.

I bought a Jansport to keep from having to buy a new backback every semester. So far it's still holding up great, but it's only been used since August 2011.

Great! They were on clearance at Old Navy for $5 and they are still holding up but I think it's because my kids are still young and don't have any heavy books to carry. Next year, I might be looking into LL Bean or Lands End to keep from buying one every year.

my daughter is in full day kinder and hers is AWESOME. why? she loves school to death and is proud to wear the thing

my 1st grader son who haaaaaaaaaates school drags it around like a sack of trash so it's in rough shape
