  • Valerian should be thoroughly researched before anyone takes it. Was this recommended by a physician? I don't believe it's medically recognized or studied, so if I remember correctly, the side effects were significant. Have you tried a simple Melatonin?

  • Try a tincture instead of tablets

  • I researched it a ton before giving it to my daughter. There are few to no side effects. It's very safe, it's actually safer then melatonine. Melatonin can cause bad dreams and valerian does not.

    What is tincture?
