How can i take valerian extended release?


My daughter is 7 and an insomniac. we're trying extended release valerian, but she's having trouble swallowing it. I was wondering if there were any trick or other ways to take the extended release.

  • Valerian should be thoroughly researched before anyone takes it. Was this recommended by a physician? I don't believe it's medically recognized or studied, so if I remember correctly, the side effects were significant. Have you tried a simple Melatonin?

  • I researched it a ton before giving it to my daughter. There are few to no side effects. It's very safe, it's actually safer then melatonine. Melatonin can cause bad dreams and valerian does not.

    What is tincture?
