After 1 week on PP I have only dropped 2.6 pounds. I am very heavy, 5'5" and 240lbs. I was thinking I would see a bigger loss since I have not gone off program. Any tips welcome.

2.6lbs is GREAT! in regards to weightloss. I don't know what WW says, but 2.6lbs is a 9100 calorie deficit for the week - either calories burned or not consumed. (3500calories = 1lb).

If you stay on that track - which I know WW likes to see constant, steady weight loss - which is honestly the healthiest way to lose it and for long lasting results
