If you do planks in your workout, how long can you hold it?

30 seconds for me... maybe I should push for 40.

  • Yes, I do it for 45 second and I start to shake. :-) At 1st I was like "I can't do this" It helps me to focus on breathing and keeping my head parallel.

  • 2 minutes, but I didn't start there. 30 seconds is a good place to start - getting shaky is just fine... hold through the shakiness as long as you can possibly hold it!
