  • so are county programs such as wel-fare.. and foodstamps.. i live in california..

    about 5 prisons are closing in the los angeles county..
    and laws are being revised..

    PEOPLE IN PRISON ARE GONNA GET OUT WHEN THEY HAVE A SENTENCE OF 20 YRS THEY WILL ONLY SERVE ABOUT 1 IF THAT.. THAT PISSES ME OFF..

  • 5 prisons in LA County? Which ones? I think we should release the non-violent drug offenders and medical mj patients. Tax medical mj, the growers have been lobbying for it.

  • CA had more of a decrease in population than 25 other states that had decreases or people leaving. Just a clarification. Changes in population statistics.
