34 weeks pregnant and having serious contractions!!

Okay ladies, I am 34 weeks pregnant will be 35 weeks on tuesday and for three days I have been having contractions pretty strong ones, so today we took a trip to the hospital and they assured us that they are contractions but my cervix is not changing, they told me to rest as much as possible but that is all i have been doing I am running out of patience and really sick of being in pain. Does anyone have any suggestions. PLEASEEEE

  • Make sure you are not dehydrated. Take a nice warm bath.

  • Drink plenty of water and put your feet up. Pain comes with pregnancy. Sometimes there isn't much you can do about it.

  • At this stage which is 34 weeks pregnant you will notice that the baby moves lower in the abdomen. Since the baby has shifted to the lower abdomen the uterus is pressing against the bladder and will make you feel like you have to go to the bathroom more often.
