Okay so there has been so much drama in my life this week...how do I get beyond the feeling of being alone?

Call a good friend. Make some plan w/ her to have lunch or an eve. together. Get caught up on organizing that closet, or reading a good book. There's lots of ways, besides CM of course to keep you busy & in time, you'll be better! :)

Sometimes there is great joy in being alone. Try to wallow around in the feeling for a bit and see if you can find the happiness there.

If not, drinking works too :D
