Have you heard of Leslie Sansone? She has a workout series called Walk Away The Pounds and Walk At Home. They actually work. I have used them, and when I was consistent, LOL, I started to lose weight and tone up. My butt got firmer, so did my thighs and abdominals. One workout is for 1 mile and takes 15 minutes a day! Other videos are more advanced....3 miles...5 miles...etc. You should check it out. Maybe the littles can even do it with you. It makes it fun and you might even laugh at their little attempts to copy you! :D
