When you pay pet deposits is it 1 deposit per animal?

Were looking at some places and there asking around $250 for a pet dep. But I dont know what they will charge my cause we hv a cat and dog.

They will sometimes make that a single fee for all animals but my experience has shown that it is a per animal fee. It really depends on the complex.

Were actually looking at rental houses and trailors so im not sure if they wrk the same as apts but yes I will start asking. Thanks!

I think it is just ONE pet deposit when renting !! But, you'll have to ask - some are different. It's up to them. Good Luck to you !!!!

All the ones I've had to pay were one deposit but there is usually a limit to the number of pets. One complex charged us a pet deposit and 25 dollars more a month "pet rent"
