I think my Grandmother is Senile

So, to make a long story short, I have a three year old named Alice that I had when I was eighteen and I have adopted a baby girl named Molly, who is now two months old. The birthmom to my youngest daughter is a 17yo girl that I babysat for when she was little named Carol. My boyfriend proposed to me on Super Bowl Sunday and I called my grandmother, on my dad's side, to tell her that I was getting married and here is how the conversation went.

Me: "Hey Gran, it's Sophie. I just wanted to let you know that I am getting married!"
Gran: "Congratulations baby girl! It's wonderful that little Molly's father is going to make an honest woman out of you."
Me: "No Gran, you're a little confused. Molly is adopted."
Gran: "Why did you put her up for adoption? It's not like you don't already have one child."
Me: "No Gran, I adopted Molly."
Gran: "So where did Molly come from?"
Me: "Remember Carol, that little Blond girl I used to babysit for? Molly is hers."
Gran: "Isn't she only 7?"
Me: "She's 17 Gran."
Gran: "So are you marrying Alice's father?"
Me: "No Gran, I don't see him."
Gran: "So who are you marrying?"
Me: "Eric. You met him, remember? He's Anna's daddy."
Gran: "Who's Anna? You're not pregnant again are you?"
Me: "No Gran. I'm not pregnant. Anna is 6."
Gran: "Is she the one that you gave up for adoption?"
Me: "No Gran, Anna is Eric's daughter, with his first wife."
Gran: "Oh...........Is she the one that adopted Molly?"
Me: *sigh* "I've got to go Gran. The baby is crying."
Gran: "Which baby? Anna?"
Me: "No, Gran. Molly."
Gran: "Is she the red head?"
Me: "Gran, that's Alice."
Gran: "Oh. Molly's the blond."
Me: "Yes Gran. Molly's blond."
Gran: "Ok. Go get the baby. I'll talk to you later. When is the wedding? Have you set a date yet?"
Me: "We're thinking about the beginning of the summer."
Gran: "Ok, as long as you have the wedding before the baby is born."
Me: *sigh* "Bye Gran."
Gran: "Bye Sophia."


I think she is loosing her marbles. What do you all think?
