Too much sleep?

My daughter is 10 1/2 months old. She sleeps about 12 hours at night and can seriously take 3 one hour naps. Could it be a growth spurt?

  • Not sure, my DD slept for 10 hrs last night, slept again from 1-3, then a 30 minute cat nap around 5 and is asleep again!

  • Sounds like a growth spurt. Both of my kids would sleep a lot from time to time when they were babies. It's normal.

  • I would let her sleep, they grow while they are in sleep.

If she isn't behind her developmental schedule or skip meals, let's her be.
