You cant unlock it til you reach level 31. It gives you the ability to flag a post as TMI & give it a little warning triangle. Just another silly little "prize" for spending too much time on CM! lol :p

you mean if I keep working hard I get a feature that lets me flag other peoples posts?! I am so excited!! hahaha I'm not there quite yet, but it sounds interesting. I would probably use it if I felt that something needed to be flagged and wasn't.
