With the business of making laws, with potentially requiring welfare recipients be drug tested, do you believe legislation face random drug testing too (that rules set should include everyone, and not just one group of people)?

Yeah, it should be. I mean, it's public sector. Don't other public sector jobs require drug screening? At least as a pre-requisite of getting a job? The same rules should apply to them.
