I never have bad dreams... Since I have been pregnant I have nightmares. All i can remember is that its a continued dream from the last and its has something to do with the dead, death, pain, lost souls or (walking dead) . Im starting to wake up in tears or sweats. Sometimes massive headaches and lately have been scared... Sometimes I don't know what's real from fake. I'm losing it. What do i do?

  • When I am pregnant, I have nightmares from about the day I conceive (certainly well before I even know I'm pregnant) until I deliver. The pregnancy hormones have that effect on me. I have had extremely graphic dreams of my children dying (living and the ones I was pregnant with), and all sorts of things. The only thing I can say is that once the hormones are gone, I am back to normal and don't have them anymore.

  • I had nightmares too. One time I dreamed that I wasn't pregnant anymore and I lost the baby. WORST NIGHTMARE! I woke up and I was happy to know I was still pregnant and I started bawling. Oh my gosh! i think it's all part of the anxiety you have of having a baby that gets into your subconscious.

But I also think there are different meanings to different dreams. for instance, if you dream about someone you really like, I believe it is because that person you like is thinking about you. That's my thought anyway. I have a whole dream dictionary with many different interpretations.
