I never had an issue. Maybe you need to talk to your doctor.

An orgasm can cause light cramping afterward, and you can get a little cramping if your DH hits your cervix, too. If they go away and don't get strong or regular, I wouldn't worry too much.

the extra blood creates pressure similar to what you feel after an exam. i had it after i had sex from my first pregnancy until after my second little one was born
