Think about your neighborhood and community....

Our water is horrible. Honestly, it's not drinkable (IMO) and I'm even nervous about bathing/showering in it.

On the plus side, the school is excellent.

Not a thing, I live in a very well kept residential area, where there are maids or gardeners, so everything is good.....I love my neighbors and the community, lived here for over 30 years....

Employment. Everything that's wrong here can be traced back directly to the shortage of property taxes coming in (both residential and commercial). Things like roads and law enforcement and more snow plows and school buses don't matter when they simply don't have the money to pay for them anymore.

We have many roads in town that are bad. Most of the asphalt is gone and it's pothole city. Many don't have curb and gutter

My son's school is using tables and chairs that date back to the 70's. Some look like they're about to collapse

Our parks are full of gulls and Canada geese. They crap all over. They don't do anything to thin the herds

We live in a crappy area....our neighborhood is nice....it's vintage las Vegas and famous people lived here in the 60s but the outskirts of the neighborhOod within 2 miles need to be burned down...it's turned int drug neighborhoods, lots of violence, just sux

Very little - I can think of a couple roads that could use re paving, but Raleigh is always on the top 10 best places to live lists ( just made #1 for best place to live for women)

Our area here is in pretty good condition and the schools are excellent. I can't think of anything that needs improvement.

Roads are already being widened here. We have several new schools opening this next year. The city has a lot of great programs. Other than the roads, I can't really think of much more that can be improved. I think there are a few things that we could do without if push came to shove and we had to cut things from the budget.

There will be clan up days in spring but right now we could do wit a bit of clean up. I think in winter we are interested in getting the trash out fast and not necessarily well. lol We have some downed limbsfrom a recent storm as well. It is pretty nice. Well there is one thing.

I guess I am somewhat used to it though and that is our drivers. Many will go from the right hand lane to three lanes over to take a turn off. It is dangerous but most can do it reasonablly well, it is just disconcerting. So maybe be better drivers. And get off the cell phones.
