Real Housewives of Atlanta-Good Job

Anyone who knows me knows I am a big Real Housewives fan. I watch them all. I just think they are funny and ridiculous. After watching I always feel so intelligent and blessed for the life I have. Tonight I had a different feeling: approval. I just watched the Atlanta ladies on their South Africa trip where they spent over $1000 purchasing food, toiletries, and goods for orphans, villagers, and children at the local school. This season it seems like each city of woman is taking a big trip and this is the first one where the women have given back to the community where it is really needed. I could not help but smile watching the ladies walk up and down the aisle of the small village shop dumping good into their carts. I have been to Africa and I know how much these things will be appreciated. Well done!

  • Yeah, I enjoyed seeing that too. They are so well off financially. They should bicker less and be more happy. Hopefully that experience has helped them change their attitudes for the long term. Sadly it won't though.

  • Lol gwen, I think there are plenty of white women to give us all a bad name on the real housewives;)

OP-ya it was great to see them doing something good, sadly it seemed kinda foreign to a few of them. That Marlo chick is wack. I hope she doesn't become a cast member!

  • i wonder if they would have done that if the cameras were off. hmmmm ------- Martin luther king would be so ashamed of their ghetto behavior- he put his life on the line so that african americans could be the loudest talking, most exuberant- attention seeking , weave wearing people in this country. what a shame.
