Still isnt showing in where's my refund

I filed my grandparents taxes for them on February 3 rd and it was excepted. It still doesnt show in where is my refund when it will be deposited. It says that it doesnt exist or something. And on turbotax it says it was accepted by the irs. and that within 72 hours i should be able to check the status of it. Well it has been more than 72 hours and still nothing.
This happen to anyone else?
I know if i call they wont tell me anything.

Yes this happened to us and the date changed 3 times. We filed on the 1st. It wouldn't show us a date for a week then it showed. The 21st changed to the 13th then back to the 21st and we got it on the 11th. GL they are messed up this year lol

Maybe they are waiting for those that have too pay to file. They wait until the last minute to file, just an idea. I have not filed not sure if I'm getting or paying yet.

Same here, I filed on the 4th and haven't heard anything but that it has been accepted. I check like twice a day on the "where's my refund" link but still nothing. I am glad to know I am not the only one though.
