Yes. I rarely downvote. I only do if the answer is really offensive, or if its an actual wrong answer...not an opinion I believe to be wrong.
I vote up all the time. Especially if I ask a question. If someone takes time to answer my question, the least I can do is take a second to give them a vote up!

i sure do. i vote up answers i love and/or agree with, i downvote answers that are rude/nasty or give harmful/false information. i would guess that for every 1 down vote, i vote up 20 times.

Yes mostly up. Sometimes there is a response that will get a down vote but that is not nearly as often as I give up votes. I dont think it matters honestly. Unless someone is posting anon a downvote doesnt really affect anyones points AND points mean nothing either it isnt like were getting some prize.

yes to both...mostly up. i usually only DV to try to get a really horrible answer hidden. and when im in a b!tchy mood i'll do it cause it makes me feel better, but it still has to really deserve it.
