How to find someone

Our car was bumped by another car in front of our house. They gave us the wrong insurance info and now are ducking our calls. My insurance company can not find any info on them and say ill have to take her to small claims. So, i called my lawyer and they told me to make sure she is at this address and they will send a letter requesting payment in lieu of taking her to court. So I have their DL info and license plate number as well as her name and phone number and what she says is her address... although a google search brought up a different persons name associated with the address. now i am feeling like the ID was fake b/c the expiration said 2040... hmmm... any suggestions for my next step here?

  • go to the police and report a hit and run, they should be able to track the plate number, and as long as the plates were not stolen, should be able to come up with something,, giving false info is the same as a hit an run,, good luck.
