  • I use preventative measures on this one. If I go out and have a drink, I share it with a friend, then have a glass of water. I hate being drunk and I hate being hungover even more. I don't drink often and I never drink if I'm really upset.

  • Luckily, I don't need one. No matter how much I drink, I don't suffer from hangovers. I'm a little tired the next day, but I guess that's from staying up late the night before. Every time I drink, DH always watches me the next morning, then gets frustrated when I appear to be fine.

It's okay. You can go ahead and be jealous, too. :)

  • Oh yes, 3libras, I forgot that - I eat McDonalds for breakfast in addition to what I listed above. The fatty foods definitely help too.

  • Please do not ever combine Motrin or Tylenol with drinking to prevent a hangover.
It has been proven to cause liver problems and I believe it says so right on the package.

  • Dehydration is the cause of hangovers.  The best thing to do is drink plenty of water before, during and after the alcohol.
