  • nesting is the natural urge to start cleaning and prepping your home and self and the babies surroundings for when your baby comes.
its a natural thing that more animals do and humans do as well.

it can start at anytime mostly in the third trimester and usually soon before you go into labor.

  • i guess i started @ 15wks... i did a complete once-over on my mother's house in an afternoon, something that would normally take anyone a week to accomplish... there was dust everywhere, and no, i'm no clean-freak, but i just couldn't stand it. They've lived in the same house for 10yrs, dirt road, smokers, pets, etc...

You will know when you walk into your house and say to yourself, "jeesh... this place is a sty! You will drag out the cleaning supplies, your rubber gloves and a steel wool pad and get to scrubbing and not even really notice you're doing it until you're almost done!
