  • I buy a variety when I do my monthly WinCo shopping trip like a couple packages of sliced american, a package of motz sticks but my biggest is a big bag of shredded mexican blend. On occasion I get to go to the cheese sale at my local cheese factory where they sell a variety of sliced for $1.50/lb thatwe used in a million different ways plus freeze.

  • I don't put cheese on my sandwich very often, but if I'm making a grilled cheese I use both provolone and sharp cheddar. A 'pizza' grilled cheese is also good, with sliced pepperoni, pizza sauce, and mozzarella.

    I buy a lot of different cheeses each month.
