  • Oh there are plenty of fraud voters out there. My own voter registration was used in 06 in mid terms and I know for a FACT I did not vote. How do I know? My grandson was born around that time and dd was on bedrest and in and out of the hospital. I made a conscious choice not to vote. Imagine my surprise when I looked up my info and saw I had voted in 06,

Seriously people just need valid state ID's to be able to vote. You need an ID to get a damn library card, but not to vote?

  • Saw this yesterday. It prompted me to try to look up my parents' registrations, since that've both passed away. But since I don't know their Social Security or drivers license numbers, I couldn't find anything.

My own registration and my husband's are correct, though.

  • It's not something I'm concerned about. I'm not much of a hand ringer.

Everybody knows someone who has used or sold drugs, right? Drugs are clearly a problem. Everyone has been impacted by cancer in some way...problem. Most people don't know anyone who has fraudulently voted or whose vote was stolen so I don't think it's a nationwide epidemic. I think it's a political scare tactic that conservatives use as another example of someone trying to steal what they've earned.
