Do your research. Don't just be sucked in by the 'good stuff'. Learn about the complications and corrections, the different ways the procedure can be done, learn everything you can before you make any consultations. That way, if you do decide to go forward you'll be better prepared to pick a surgeon.
I believe it's http://www.implantinfo.com/ that has a list of questions you can print to take in to consultations with you. As well as lists of post-op supplies and suggestions. As well as a message board where you can ask questions. A before/after searchable data base of photos and photos of complications.
http://www.justbreastimplants.com/ is also a really great resource.
I have implants and don't regret my decision. I am planning on getting them re-done because I want silicone instead of saline and it's been 10 years since I got them so it's time to get new implants put in anyway. Just find a reputable surgeon and talk to his other patients and read reviews about his work.
And I would look into the tear drop shapped implant instead of the round ones. The tear-drop shape looks very natural and it doesn't even look like you have implants.
