2 Bumps

What area of your body needs the most toning ?

For me it is upper legs. I am going to work out , eat right and target that area. I want to feel comfortable in shorts again ... :-) Cellulite be gone..... For the record, I am almost 50 and things aren't like they used to be...

  • My belly and upper thighs need some toning. After having baby number 3, I ended up with the loose skin on my belly :/ hopefully I can tone it up or at least make it look more toned. My legs shouldn't be a problem...Just need to tone them up before swimsuit season :) I was lucky to lose all my baby weight so quickly, but even though I have lost the weight, I still feel there is more that I need to do. I guess I should just do it!! lol

  • My stomach! I gave birth to my 3rd baby in June and I have NOT recovered like with my other pregnancies. I am not enjoying the way I look at the moment

  • My whole body, I am thankful to be pretty proportionate so if I gain weight it gets distritbuted evenly. I am so out of shape though. Shoveling snow this winter has made my back hurt for a week, like I only use those muscles once a year. Apparently that is not enough! Lol
