Is there a specific person that you notice you never agree with or like there answers?

yes there are people that it happens with but I chaalk it up to all of us having a different mindset and ideas of how things should be. I accept it and try to respect their opinions.

I am from the South and live in the North- its not a area thing, there are just as many people with different opinions in both places :)

I have found a few staunch vegetarians and organic food eaters here that feel they have to impose their life-style on you. Some all out breast feeders are always nasty whether they are here on CM or out in public. Just because I didn't or couldn't breast feed doesn't make me a bad mom.

I like to see all the different types of answers and try to see all points of view. Not every person on here is going to agree on every topic. I haven't actually really noticed anyone in paticular that our answers always clash. There are times where some of my favorite people on here and I do not see eye to eye on a topic and that is ok. I still value their opinions and try to see where they are coming from. I don't think it is an area thing, As luvmygrandbaby said...there just as many people with different opinions in all areas.

Could be several reasons why one might clash more with one than another. Raised not only in different parts of the country or even a totally different country all together but a different generation, educational levels and so forth. I've noticed that there are some mums on here that seem to be on just certain boards so my ideas on those certain topics may always clash with them but if I were to see them on a different board every once and a while offering a different point of view - I might be surprised to find that I feel the same way and may even agree with them and look at them differently. I feel that if I were to meet them IRL than perhaps I would be able to explain myself better and/or they would see what I'm saying differently. Sometimes it's awfully hard to express ones self properly to where others see your point over the internet. It's hard to convey facial expressions and tone over the computer.

Not anyone I can think of,, I disagree with almost all my cafe mom friends once in awhile,, but nothing or nobody stands out in particular except the anon lunch lady who stalked me for about a year,,lol

PS- i will say that I don't think it is the part of the country, but more a maturity and age thing,, when I read questions about my new boyfriend hits my kids, or is spending the night,, I tend to get a bit nutty,,

Yes -but it doesn't bother me unless the person is constantly mean-or puts people down or that sort of thing

Every person on my friends list has at least one issue where we absolutely do not agree. Agreeing with someone about everything sounds more like being a sycophant. Similarly, disagreeing with someone about everything sounds more like holding a grudge and not actually paying attention to what they've said.
