Do you like being pregnant or no?

I hate it :( sciatica sucks! It's so hard to stay focused on "I can't wait to meet my sweet new baby" when you're hurting all the time. I'm only 23 weeks too...ugh. Share your thoughts & experience, I'm bored lol.

  • Other than the first 3 months, I didn't really mind it. I loved my 2nd trimester with both. And, with both pregnancies I naturally went into labor at 37 wks so, I wasn't too miserable towards the end.

  • How I wish I were pregnant again! Have a wonderful man in my life but hit early menopause and can't have a child of our own. Hurts so deeply! Enjoy it all, even when your body is aching. Your so lucky!

  • I'm with you...I've never had a nice, smooth pregnancy...and as much as I LOVE taking new babies home, I can't stand the process involved! Still I've done it 3 times and plan on doing it a 4th time, so I guess the babies outweigh the misery of pregnancy.

  • I loved being pregnant. I had a normal pregnancy but I definitely got to the point where I just wanted it to be done and have my baby in my arms. I can't wait to be pregnant again, but I want to lose some weight first. I worked 40 hours a week as a equine vet tech up til 4 days before I gave birth. I know it helped me stay fit physically and mentally.

  • I had very difficult, high risk pregnancies. I had to take hormones for the first three months, and I had to give myself injections of Heparin every 12 hours all those months until I could deliver, then go off my meds, have an amnio, and be induced so I could deliver and get back on my meds after 48 hours. I had a major risk of stroke and stillbirth through the whole thing. I was in constant pain. I had to see two different doctors every single week. It was a difficult, stressful time that I had to go through to get my babies. I am very glad I don't have to do it again.

  • It was awful starting in the 2nd trimester. I had terrible edema where it felt like standing on pins and needles anytime I stood still for more than a couple minutes. Towards the end of my 7th month I started having very bad neck pain and swelling on top of a sinus infection the approved drugs wouldn't help. I ended up delivering 7 weeks early due to sudden severe preeclampsia.
