
I learnt the consequences of feeding the bad wolf a long time ago. I can't say I don't toss it a few scraps from time to time but for the most part, it is skin and bones.

That is lovely. I don't feel that there's a battle going on within myself, though. Being human, I'm susceptible to a variety of emotions and reactions to different people and situations, but it doesn't take that much effort to treat others the way I want to be treated (in most situations) which equates to, I suppose, the first wolf. The second "wolf" does appear on occasion, but happily, not all that often.
