Please help.... I need advice

I am going to give as much detail as possible to get as much help as i can. First of all my husband and I have been together since the end of 2007, we got married December 1 2008, I knew my husband had unpaid child support for his kids, August 28, 2011 I gave birth to our now 5 almost 6 month old, the happiest day of my life... and i found out January 31 that I was 10 weeks pregnant again. My health in this pregnancy is serious, I am high risk and have been told at any moment I could loose myself and my child, So my husband stayed home from work with me because I havent been able to keep nothing down for weeks now but yet I keep trying, he finally talked me into going to the hospital and before we was going to leave he said he was going to run to the store for me and get our child some formula so we wouldnt run out at the hospital. my husband went to the corner store and it was busy so he turned around to run to another one just a block in the other direction of my house, 5 minutes after he leaves our house they stop him and say he looked suspicious because of how fast he left the store, long story short there are ppl in the same jail, with the same charged booked on the same day as my husband and yet he has to serve 27 more days then they do, i want to know if i can fight this and what i can do to have him here for our daughter plz help, plz

he was arrested for non payment of child support, im sorry i forgot to mention that i havent slept yet and he was arrested last night at 5 p.m. sentenced 30 days with no bond and no court appearance, and no he doesnt have an attorney, he has my debit card so i cant get him one unless its a pro bono attorney

Im not sure what you can do about him in jail, but is there someone who can come stay with you to help or somewhere you can go to rest? Sounds odd they wouldnt allow him an anttorney, did he get to call anyone?

He is entitled to legal representation. Is he the one that told you they wouldn't let him have an attorney? Had he already been convicted of this an just not appeared at the jail?

As for your debit card, please contact your bank and get a replacement card. Hopefully they can get that to you fairly quickly. Do you have family that can assist you?
