Question about peanut butter...

I hope I don't sound dumb but, how long are peanut butter sandwiches good for without being in the fridge? My SS does sports and they sometimes stay places over night. Just wondering if PB sandwiches are only good for so long. They're his favorite and and would pack a bunch if they'll last.

  • I don't think there would be a problem if it was eaten the next day.
I've made peanut butter sandwiches at night and had them for lunch (at work) the next day. It was still good :)

  • They would be fine. If you are really concerned get one of those blue chemical ice packs to keep it cold and store in an insulated lunch bag, like the one I got from CM.
