  • Lightly butter 2 pieces of bread. Get out and slice the cheeseor unwrap if you are using prewrapped slices. Heat a griddle or a frying pan, no oil or spray. I generally set ming to high and then turn it down after a minute. When the pan is hot place one slice of bread butter side dow. top with one or two slices of chese, keeping it just shy of the edges of the bread. Top with other slice buttered side up

After about a minute check the brownness of the bread. If it is toasted flip to toast the other side. This generally takes a little bit less time to cook. move tp [late flip and cut in half.

  • Take 2 pieces of bread and put some mustard on one side and layer cheese of your choice on top of the mustard. close the sandwich. I use mayo on the outside of the bread instead of butter. Lay it in a hot pan for about 3 min. Put mayo on the other side of the sandwich and flip it over. Wait 3 min. and remove from pan.

  • I put the butter in the pan and melt then place the bread on the melted butter. I find it works better that way with cold stick butter. Otherwise I do as the other lady's have suggested.
