i call it chicken stack up...
you take a low fat tortilla & spread fat free refried beans, fat free sour cream, boiled shreded chicken, chili powder, rotel, chopped olives, & low fat cheese. then top w/ another tortilla & repeat. then top w/ another tortilla & repeat. top w/ another tortilla & wrap in cellophane & microwave for 2.5 mins. then flip over & nuke again for 2.5 mins. cut into 4 pieces.
its SO yummy!

  • 'Rotel' is a brand name for canned tomatos with green chiles in them. You can find it in the canned veggies aisle. Also, you can take 2 cans of Rotel, 1 block of Velveeta and a pound of ground sausage...brown the sausage, drain, mix it with the Rotel and Velveeta and nuke until creamy for an awesome nacho dip! If you really want to spice it up, mix the sausage with a pack of taco seasoning...SPICY!
