  • Fly AirFrance....they have bassinets that they hang from the ceilings for children under 1yr to sleep in during overseas flights. :) Pack snacks, some favorite toys, a favorite stuffed animal and blanket...and LOTS of patience. You may have to spend a bit of time wandering the aisles with a fussy kiddo, but ignore any rude people. Your baby's a B-A-B-Y and so long as you're making an effort to keep him/her happy, people should mind their own business! Good Luck!

  • dont fall for those phony movies that make flying with a baby so outragiously horrible, my dd was 9 months old when we took our first flight and she was fine - be sure to bring plenty of food and toys and dress her in light clothing but bring lots of blankets - cause its going to be hot on the ground at layovers and cold in the air - bring a bottle strictly for water - the flight noise should lul her to sleep - and ignore anyone with problems about fussing.
