I have 2 older boys. They have a bowl of cereal in the morning, a snack of fruit around 11am, 2 sandwiches or more for lunch at 1pm, I put them down to rest and they get up around 3pm and they ask for more food, but when it comes to dinner time, they either won't eat it, or are to full if I give them something when they get up from resting. Should I give them a snack between 3pm and 6pm when dinner is?Answer Question
