Where are the mans rights when it comes to reproduction?
If a woman gets pregnant she can either choose to end the pregnancy with out his input or she can choose to have the baby and force him to pay child support with out his input. Either way the man has no say. It is the woman's body so it is the woman's choice when it comes to birth but what about the man? Why can he not choose to 'abort' out of the situation and not be forced to take responsibility. His sperm his choice? I am just play devils advocate here.

A woman has the choice to allow it, prevent the pregnany or say no... That is not a valid answer. She has that same choice.

Its the mechanics of sex.... his only choice is where he puts it. If he took the time to discuss contraception and views on abortion he could make a well informed choice.

What about the potential about women lying about b/c to get pregnant. Sex is a natural desire. And, now men are getting vasectomies, and lying about them too, just to get a girlfriend (and just a girl friend).

No but they supply 1/2 of the recipe. So if it is her body her choice and she chose to give birth with her body. What about his 'half' of the child. He gets no say in any of his 1/2 of the child? He is forced to deal with the fact she aborted or he is forced to pay the child support. He is not allowed at any point to make the choice to not be involved. she does. This is not equal rights for men and women that the country claims there is. (Again playing devils advocate)

And as women so often like to claim... contraceptives are not 100% accidents happen. What then? Both parties took the time to use a condom and it breaks.

The alternative would be allowing someone to make medical decisions for someone else's body because they had sex with them.

Once his sperm is out of his body, what happens to it is then the responsibility of the woman it's in. It never will or can be equal, because men never can or will be able to carry a pregnancy.Found an answer to your question?
