  • YES!

Toss your clocks, nurse whenever SHE wants. Schedules are for buses, not babies.

  • If she's hungry and not spitting it back up, go for it. They know when they're hungry, and they'll let you know; the only thing for you to do is feed her. Just if she's spitting it back up like she's eating too much, then make her wait a little bit until she can hold it down. But after an hour or two, that shouldn't be a problem.

  • Feed on demand.

  • for the first couple of months after my son was born I would swear that was all I did was BF, the first few weeks seemed like every 20 mins, and as he got older the feeding spanned out more and more...every 1 to 2 hours is fine, feed when ever she is hungry

  • Yes it's great, as long as nursing every 1-2 hours is when SHE is asking to eat, not when you decide to feed her. Schedules and breastfeeding do not work well together. Just feed on demand. Nurse at her smallest cue, for as long as she wants. As already been stated, stop watching your clocks, watch your baby :)
