ok so I give up I can't do this anymore I soooo need/want to loose weight. This is very hard for me since i haven't ever had to go on a diet before. In high school up until I had kids I was 5'5 and a half at 120 pounds thin. I was wearing a 5 pants. Well my first dd I gained 65 pounds so I was up to 185 pounds I lost it all, but 18 pounds so that brought me to 138 pounds I got pregnant with my second baby I gained only 43 pounds with her and lost all of that plus 10 pounds whohoo....well, I get pregnant with baby number 3 and I got up to 205 pounds which I haven't ever been more than 120 until I had kids. I don't know why I gain so much because I don't eat anymore than when I wasn't pregnant. My choke is I gain so much because I didn't get the throwing up in my pregnancies lol. Anyway, I have stretch marks everywhere my thighs, belly, lower belly, chest lower back. I know those you can't get ride of, but I need to get ride of this weight. I am at 174 now. I am 49 pounds over weight (I should weigh 125) so I don't have much to lose, but still hard to do. I would like to go back to 120 though so that would be 54 pounds to lose. I am a coke drinker so this is the biggest step I am going with is I am on my last one now after this can I don't plan on buying anymore I want to cut out the pop first since I know this isn't going to help me loose weight. I am going to go to water or mostly water. But what are some healthy things like dinner or lunch wise? What about breakfast (I am not much of a breakfast person). Also what are some healthy snacks? I am going to start next week when we go grocery shopping and not getting no junk food what so ever only healthy things, but don't know what to get lol. I am picky though as well.
Please note that I haven't ever had to watch what I ate and I use to be able to eat whatever I wanted (i still can I don't gain it just when I am pregnant), plus I was never tought to eat healthy so I have no idea where to start lol. My mom made things like fried hot dogs, fried potatoes, homemade fries, baked chicken, bacon all this is made in grease lol. She bought things like chips and cookies for snacks so I need help lol.
I got a wii fit for christmas that I been doing because it is the only thing I have found that keeps me exercising lol
