I need to loose my stomach fat and my muscular arms ....

I went from a sixe 3/5 to a 12 ... don't get me wrong i like my weight!!! i just want to loose the extra extra... i need to learn how to dress for this body size until i loose the stomach and my arms are looking manish.... (beefy)

  • Pilates and yoga focus on lengthening & toning your muscles, so those would be great options, especially if your arms feel too big. Get some videos & hand weights and try to do a least 30 minutes a day. Add whatever cardio & other exercises you like.
