what made you....

this question is mainly geared towards former satanists, etc--was wondering if you were satanists--what prompted you to change your religion/spritiatulity to christianity--or vice versa---if you were christian what made you change to satanism???

  • define what you mean by satanism? not believing in god? because that's not satanism. Satanism has many forms... There are two primary forms of Satanism; Theistic Satanism and LaVeyan Satanism. Theistic Satanists believe that Satan is a real being with existence, whom adherents venerate as a deity or entity with whom to cooperate. Some, though not all, theistic Satanists consider Satan to be benevolent. LaVeyan Satanism[1], in contrast, is atheistic. These latter Satanists believe that Satan is merely symbolic of humanity's carnal nature. I'm not a Satanist... but in high school i did a study on it to prove how different Wicca and Satanism were. I'm atheist.. so I don't believe in the devil. But before I answer you.. are you referring to people that aren't Christian? Because very few people are actually Satanism.. common misconception.

  • i was actually gearing the question more towards satanists (laveyan)--but in all honesty this question would fit any types of religion--or athiest, etc
