  • Housekeeping is always a good one if you have exceptional housekeeping skills. There will always be people who will pay a housekeeper. The lady I used to work for charged $200-$300 for a full house cleaning. That's $200 for a few hours a day. Nursing is good like the other posts said. Senior care is another good area. Most people who don't want to pay for their elderly relatives to go into a nursing home will often pay for someone to sit with them, do their household chores, and run them on errands. This pays well also and you can normally set your own hours to some degree.
